11 Jan 11 UTC | 7 October 1571, the start of the battle: Hello. Let's have a good game. Let's use global, okay? |
11 Jan 11 UTC | 7 October 1571, the start of the battle: yes not a problem. |
11 Jan 11 UTC | 7 October 1571, the start of the battle: I'll have to get my head around what is what |
11 Jan 11 UTC | 7 October 1571, the start of the battle: yeah, the different unit types, particularly the movement options of frigates messed me up a bit. |
11 Jan 11 UTC | 7 October 1571, half an hour after the start of the battle: so the frigates cannot move ONTO a 'key position' |
11 Jan 11 UTC | 7 October 1571, half an hour after the start of the battle: yes, you must also disband two units this turn, apparently |
11 Jan 11 UTC | 7 October 1571, half an hour after the start of the battle: bummer - maybe there were hidden rocks in the Mediterranean... |

11 Jan 11 UTC | 7 October 1571, 1 hour and a half after the start of the battle: so much for conservative orders... :-P |
11 Jan 11 UTC | 7 October 1571, 2 hours after the start of the battle: you didn't fully read the rules! |

11 Jan 11 UTC | good game. |
11 Jan 11 UTC | gg |
11 Jan 11 UTC | I didn't see that you could move 'horizontally and vertically' with a frigate - i was assuming (incorrectly) that they were restricted to moving hex by hex in 1 direction. |
11 Jan 11 UTC | i assumed you hadn't read that frigates can attack flagships, were this the case i would have disbanded them. |
