04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: (The Ambassador): Just a heads up that on Sunday I fly to the otherside of the globe again. I'm hoping we ready up our numbers in time so I can have proper communications with players. When I'm in transit and getting wifi under control I may ask for an extend. If the extend is passed I should have the interwebs working by the time the extension ceases. |
04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: (Luis Aldamiz): They should put cybercafes in airports... |
04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: GameMaster: Daniel "The Exterminator" Montbars voted for a Extend. If 2/3 of the active players vote Extend the the current phase will be extend by 4 days. Please consider backing this. If the majority is not reached by "Spring, 1667" the votes will be cleared. |
04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: Before we begin, I want to ask a technical question. Is the 2-spaces move of the privateer intercepted if a ship moves into the first space? What if a ship moves from the first space or just stays there? |
04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: Also: can a support be given from such a 2-spaces' distance? |
04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: Good questions & I also would like to know the answer. Still trying to figure out where everybody is going to be! |
04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: I did not understand this problem either!!! ;-) |
04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: perhaps a forum question shall we extend until we get an answer? |
04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: i agree |
04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: If the clippers are anything like the cavalry in the Germany map, they can support from 2 spaces away, which I found out the hard way. |
04 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: Initiated a forum thread: http://www.vdiplomacy.com/forum.php?threadID=58477#58477 I've been checking a previous game and saw one instance of 2-spaces support, but the issue of how the intermediate space's incidents (occupation or attack) affect this capacity or the movement one remain obscure to me. |
06 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: Can we please extend this first phase. This map is doing my head in, and an extra little while to get my head around it would be greatly appreciated. |
06 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: Happy to extend to help someone with a headache. As a kindergarten kid would say, maybe it's a tumour. |
06 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: GameMaster: Per 2/3 majority vote the gamephase got extended by 4 days. (Voters: Spain / England / France / Dunkirkers / Francois l Olonnais / Isaac Rochussen / Daniel "The Exterminator" Montbars / Roche "The Rock" Braziliano / Bartolomeu "The Portuguese" de la Cueva) |

07 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: Another extend? I'm taking it as an error click. |
07 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1666: 3 days is obviously not enough ;-) |
11 Dec 14 UTC | Autumn, 1666: F*ck I forgot to save my move... |
13 Dec 14 UTC | Spring, 1667: GameMaster: Extend-request didn't reach 2/3 majority. All extend-votes cleared. |
