I wonder if the setting is too unbalanced in Austria's favour. For instance my access to Turkey and and Russia is not barred by water - whilst those 3 centres in the British isles are only accessible by ships. Plus Spain only offers 2 centres, whilst the Balkans has 4, and i can bounce you out of Tunis. Together with the bottleneck of St. Petersburg, i would go so far as to say that there is a perfect formula for Austrian success which cannot be beaten, and wins every time. Still, fancy another?
