I don't think I can catch up at this point. I put far too much into offense, and not enough into building my own forces. Good game.

GameMaster: Austria voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
