GameMaster: Italy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

In the first 1v1 tournament on this site, it was ALL GvI. No other maps were allowed. So I am very familiar with it.
