06 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: what happens if we all "ready" our orders early? Does the turn process early?
06 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: I believe so. Also, I think the green checkmark next to countries' names mean "saved and ready", whereas gray checkmarks mean "saved but not ready". So I've made orders and saved them, but haven't marked ready yet.
07 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: GameMaster: NMR from Russia. Send the country in CD.
07 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: GameMaster: Missing orders for Autumn, 1901 (Diplomacy) from a country with 2 or more SCs. Extending phase. The game will continue after this phase even if you do not find a replacement.
07 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Uhhhhh so it kicked John out because he didn't submit any orders?
07 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: I'm not sure? Did it? Can he log back in somehow and rejoin?
07 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: I'm not sure what it means by "even if you don't find a replacement". Dave, can you get in touch with him?
08 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: yeah i'll try and find out. Note to everyone else, you have to re-ready your orders
08 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Seems like he's back now. We all have to click ready again now.
09 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: yeah i think it basically gives you an automatic extension if you miss the first deadline
09 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Yea, seems like it. That's a good thing to know, actually - I'm glad we found that out in the test game.
09 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Also, the game state moves forward and the timer starts when everyone readies. It also gave me 2 days to decide my retreat and we have 2 days for our army placement.
09 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: Does anybody else have a hard time identifying the colors of the armies and fleets?
10 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: I think they have that square that shows what color they are when they are out of their own territory
12 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Am I right in remembering that next turn is the last one?
12 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: Yea, in our test game, yes.
13 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: So I propose after this next turn ends we have a quick discussion regarding turn length. If people want to make it 3 days, or 4 as originally planned, etc. Then I'll re-make a game and invite everyone as last time, with the game name and password.

A question: There is an option of making country identities anonymous. So for example you could message "Italy", but not know that its me playing it. I didn't think that was all that important, but thats another option that's available.
14 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: My vote is for no more than three days. I would honestly be OK with two, even for the real game. I don't think country anonymity makes a big difference, i'd probably prefer it to be NOT anonymous

14 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: I vote for 2 days and NO anonymity as well.
