The number of units you have is set equal to the number of supply centers you control in the fall phase (if you got more, you can build units and if you lost any you lose units). You didn't get any new supply centers, so you can't do anything right now.

16 Jun 16 UTC	Autumn, 1097: Also, Mr. Pink, you're not actually the Kingdom of Normandy- basically, this one house- the Hautevilles- who were originally from Normandy but eventually lost it- conquered a bunch of stuff, but they weren't really a unified polity. The ones who conquered Naples/Sicily were called the Guiscards (and the Byzantines completely fucking loathed them.)
