12 Jul 16 UTC	Autumn, 1902: Concerning the hit to our reliability rating because of the last game, here is what the moderator told me: You shouldn't have received any reduction for the game, but I guess, the system for whatever reason set all of you to Civil Disorder, reduced your rating and cancelled the game due to apparent inactivity. I'm afraid, I cannot balance your reliability rating since I do not have a tool for that. However, if you can give me a list of all players, who where members of that game, I can at least increase your wrongly reduced integrity rating. When our developer gets back at some point, we might be able to correct your reliability rating as well.

13 Jul 16 UTC	Spring, 1903: Well, it is pretty obvious to me that we are all evenly matched. I don't think anybody will be able to make progress against anyone else at this point. We might as well vote for a draw. My vote is in.
13 Jul 16 UTC	Spring, 1903: GameMaster: Russia voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
