21 Aug 16 UTC Autumn, 1865: This will be over soon... I can't clear build centers cuz they are too integral to defense. So no matter what gains I make in centers, no builds can come of it

22 Aug 16 UTC GameMaster: Confederacy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
22 Aug 16 UTC I'll prolly start another one of these to see if I can figure out how to protect the three 'do not lose' centers AND keep them vacant at the same time. Tricky as hell.
