21 Jan 11 UTC	Spring, 1994: Hello nations. I ask what kind of global community we are going to create. Are we all just going to aim for expansionism? Some say that this is the point of the game, but that's not quite true. We can create consensus between nations and whatever nations break things which were said in the agreement, we can aim our effort towards them. That would be an example, so I ask what kind of community it would be.

21 Jan 11 UTC	Spring, 1994: The problems that occur in every game is because of everyone's approach with expansionism by their side. Rather than expansionism, maybe we can keep to our own lands, until someone would be the offender. So other nations would come in aid of the victim nation. In that way, no one would be able to expand. Are all nations willing to cooperate in such terms? I ask all nations to agree to such terms. If you agree than say hands. If a nation expands, than we would all strike that nation. So the status quo should be maintained in this alliance until a nation breaks away from the status quo.

22 Jan 11 UTC	Spring, 1994: So we need more specifications about this consensus. Like Ukraine said, I think it would be nice to first take all the neutrals first in this game. Also, I say it would be a good rule that no one invades into a nations homeland, including his lands that aren't SCs. And Germany, no the game wouldn't. I doubt that all nations would comply to this consensus, such as Russia. If most of the nations would comply, than the alliance will come into effect. We need at least 7 nations to agree to this. If you agree say "Aye. This nation is willing to cooperate in such an alliance."
22 Jan 11 UTC	Spring, 1994: And if you have some suggestions to the forming of this consensus, please speak. Currently, there is no global alliance, so you will have to play as if your alone. Once 2/3 rounded up of all nations agree, than it will come into effect.
22 Jan 11 UTC	Spring, 1994: only cause i want to try it, Aye i agree. However, if 2/3 dont agree i just suggest opening a thread in the forums and getting a group of players who actually want to join the game to try your idea.
