I think the move to Arctic Ocean can work, as part of a strategy to take over Asia. Building fleet in Australia instead of Los Angeles would have been stronger I think. There is also the danger of losing Europe.
Spring 1961 was still a tricky year. If I guessed wrong I could have lost East Germany. I maybe should have built army instead of fleet in Leningrad due to the danger of convoy to Urals

Yeah, there were definitely a few strategic blunders on my part. I do get a little frustrated with the amount of 50/50 decisions in this map. I prefer to play it against people I have played often so I can have a little more information on those moves.
