GameMaster: NATO voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

I'm sorry, I should have asked first if you wanted to play on. Yes we both still had options, but with that last shift you firmly established the upper hand. Your victory was assured unless you NMRed or made the kind of mistake that you haven't made all game. It was clear I was up against a strong opponent.
I've got to run now, but I won't mind if I come home and see you've created another of these for us to play :)

It would be a pleasure to play with such a good player as you again. At the moment I have restrictions to create games as I had some NMR's due to a recent travel to Cuba. It's really difficult to get a good internet connection there :(
