Ha! Never even saw a French unit until he entered Ionian.. Nice solo Doc! I could never get out of my small area... At least YCHTT played nice with me all game. Hate to lose, but we all survived..

One of those games where everything went right. Having everyone still alive helped, I think, made it less likely somebody was getting too big.

Yeah, Fog is good for that. You don't suspect a solo run unless at least two nations have fallen and then you figure they fell to a common neighbor so the threat is there.

The English retreat to German homelands neutered any ability I had to put up a fight. I figured we were holding off a solo for some time, but could never get the traction I needed to effectively push back.
