10 Mar 17 UTC Spring, 1999: Ok new players. I would suggest looking at the help page and reading the basic rules section. Also There are a few things that it fails to cover. Your home supply centers (the ones you start with) the the only spots that can build new units. So if you lose those you lose your ability to get new units. It also means that you can only build 3 units per build phase. There are also two move phases before supply centers reset. That means you need to control the supply center at the end of the second move phase if you want it to be yours. So it goes move--> move--> Builds (supply center reset). For example if I moved into Kansas at the during the first move and then moved out of it during the second I would not control that supply center during the builds so I wouldn't get a new unit. But if I stayed in it during the second move I would control it and get to build a new unit.
