Autumn, 1901: Here is a call for Austria to not go full Captain Ahab on Italy. Russia and Turkey threaten the balance of Europe. Even if his fall is Assured he will do a great disservice to the rest of the Old Continent if he is not willing to negotiate with the central powers.
1. They have a clearly defined well defensible border in the Balkans. (Straight line from Warsaw to Greece, after builds) 2. They have naval superiority (for now) in the Mediterranean. And combined with a push allowed by their better position on land they have a clear chance to sweep trough the south.
This is a call to all European powers to work together until their strategical advantage is contained.
