GameMaster: Germany voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

gg and I sadly have realized that russia is a bit broken I do not know how germany can beat a russia that moves to silesia from the start. would you like to try france verse austria?
