Sorry about the delay in putting through that vote; I could never have won, but if every other game was a draw then I'd need to ensure England / Dr. Rec was eliminated before the draw here to not tie the tourney.
Probably should have waited for the conclusion of the current phase in Game 5 but I don't think any centres of mine are valid retreat targets?
Ignoring all the wider-tourney politics, though, I really enjoyed both diplomatic (despite being gunboat) and tactical aspects of this game. The establishment of peace with England after initial skirmishes (admittedly, a slightly one-sided peace given the threat England was facing from France, but still) was great fun on the 'how do you even diplomacy in gunboat' side, while I'd like to thank Chumbles in Holland for a great tactical dance while they were still around.
