Autumn, 843: If you have a unit in a neutral or enemy supply center at the end of this turn, (Fall phase) then you get control of it. All your supply centers are then counted up, and if say you have 4 supply centers and 3 units, then you get to build one extra unit. The extra unit can only go in one of the three supply centers that you began the game with. If you lose a supply center then you must disband any one of your units
