14 Apr 18 UTC | Congrats Xildur! I am sorry Russia. That was a terrible game of mine. My builf in 1906 was stupid. I should build a fleet instead of an army. From that point my game was over and i did some more errors. Russia i liked our alliance and if i would be successfull in France i want to give you Sweden for your help. But... i played just bad. |
14 Apr 18 UTC | Thank you all for the game. I entered the game with poor position, being hampered two sides by English fleet and Munich Army. Then Italy want to take a piece of me. Luckily, Austria interfered and saved me by forcing Italy to defend its home SCs. There was a time in 1904 that German had taken Burgundy and I almost gave up. Fortunately, England helped me (Thank you, Dr. Kohl) and made German defensive so I can concentrate against sneaking Turkey's fleet. After a while I entered Munich with Austria's help. Thank you for that, Severin. But then, England stabbed me when I was thinking to send my armies and fleets southward. 5 years battle with England before I could get upperhand. And after that, it seems that I just need some pushes to achieve victories. But it hold until 1918. |
14 Apr 18 UTC | Yeah, spring 1904 everything look quite good for Germany. 1905 not so much. It went quickly downhill from there. I do think me or England would have stayed until the end if the stab happened just one year later. Fun game, with some great turns. |
14 Apr 18 UTC | I wonder if Britain should survive if Dr. Kohl decided to dislodge his last fleet to Helgoland Blight instead of destroying it. |
14 Apr 18 UTC | I cant move to Helgoland because i went to Kiel. It wasnt possible. |
14 Apr 18 UTC | It was a fleet on Holland, right? And it bounced in Kiel while being attacked by North Sea with Bel support. So why is it impossible to be dislodged toward Hel? |
14 Apr 18 UTC | Sorry for missing that turn in the last spring. I still think we could've pulled off a draw. Goog game guys. |
14 Apr 18 UTC | @France: i am quite sure that it wasnt possible to retreat to Hel. But maybe i just forget it and played too fast. GG ! |
