Autumn, 1908: GameMaster: France voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.

Should be a draw IMO. I can hold StP indefinitely and while you may be able to drive me from Tyrrhenian Sea (in theory), I can hold Gulf of Lyon, Western Mediterranean and Tunis.
