Autumn, 1902: if i want to build an anmy/fleet in Naples, do i hold my fleet in Naples there? since its autumn there

Autumn, 1902: Your beginning SCs are your Home Supply Centers. In other words, you can only build units (fleet or army) at where your home supply centers are. You can't build an army anywhere else.
When you try taking over a city, also called annexation, you just need to hold there during the Autumn. Then that city will become yours, and you will gain a build during the build phase. I gave you a tip that all of your troops should never stay idle and have at least something to do. But in the Autumn when you have no choice but to hold in an SC to gain it, that's just bad tactics. You always want to be the one moving into an SC during Autumn, unless you have bigger plans.

Autumn, 1903: I see that your troops in Piedmont tried moving to Spain. Once last game, and again this game. When you choose those orders, you should be able to see (via convoy) next to Spain. That means your troops can only move there through a convoy. Do you know what a convoy is?
