Spring, 1912: GameMaster: France voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

@Austria, sorry for the early stab, do you think that the Croatia space made it easier for us to work together early(even though I decided to stab you)?
@Turkey, that was a pretty good fight, but when Russia came in you were done for.
@France, Germany, Russia, you guys definitely had too much infighting. It was a pretty brutal battle up there. Just glad I could take advantage of it!
