GameMaster: USSR voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

GG. I think that my first mistake was that bad guess in Eastern Mediterranean the first year. Being a build behind slowly kills you on this map. Good tactics over Europe.

Besides later on the more builds I got would allow me to simply outnumber you by such a big number that i’d end up with a solo anyways

Yes, I conceded because any build in Paris would be game over in a couple years or so. Conquering west Europe was my only chance after I left Central America open IMO.
