GameMaster: Confederacy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Well not the way I wanted it to end but probably the way it was going to; you were gonna beat me in the west even if I got a stalemate setup in the East (not guaranteed). Brain farted that vdip existed at the beginning of the week and forgot about orders, sorry about that. Good match nonetheless!
