07 Feb 11 UTC	Spring, 1898: So, I have a doctors appointment in New York that I thought I would just be gone on Tuesday for, but it turns out I am going to be out for today (monday) as well. I don't know what the Internet conditions will be, and I will try to get on, but cant promise anything. I should be back by 1000 or 1100 est on Tuesday night. I think I will be able to put in my orders next phase throu my phone if I need, but I am voting pause just in case. If it is close to the deadline and I have nothing submitted, could you guys please vote pause? I know if Austria doesn't come back it won't matter but still.
