GameMaster: Confederacy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Interesting game - 1 vs 1 kind of sucks on a big map unless you can keep it close while you both expand. You were going to kill me as you had too many free units to expand with and all of my expansion was only going to give you openings into my SC's - nice game! Thank you
