The fog allows convoys thru the gray. I was not sure if con to bul would succeed and I wanted to send a signal that move to bla off non agreession... in the end you attacked me anyways :)

I didn't know about that convoy rule, really nice. Yep, the idea was to leave you, but I got so locked in the North that I thought I had time to build up.

Good game, all. I definitely had entertained the idea of pushing further into Russia but fairly quickly concluded that it was a fairly strong stalemate area and just simply wasn't worth it. I figured by the time that I could break through, I'd have already soloed, which seems to have indeed been the case. Apologies Italy about the stab; I was needing that magical 18th center.
