GameMaster: Confederacy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Yea but you're getting 3 builds a turn, I am only getting 1. so you quickly outnumber me and then I can't hold the line. It would've been different if the win condition was higher but at a EoG of 21 I had no hope.
