GameMaster: Germany voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

This map really is unbalanced. I don't really see a way Germany can win against a good Russia

Thanks for the game. I think it’s worse than that, you’d have to be pretty mediocre to lose as Russia.
