25 Jul 21 UTC	Autumn, 1902: Austria is dangerously close to reaching an overpowered position, especially if Italy continues to be stagnant. I would urge other countries to be cognizant of the long-term power balance of the board instead of focusing on short-term gains.

Also Italy has spoken to me since turn advance, so he is definitely back in action and therefore should not remain “stsgnant”

But regardless, I figure we could all use a break from actual diplomacy talk so I really just want to chat with anyone who wants to talk and genuinely form positive relations with you all.
