Grate example is a company called Cambridge Analytica with their facebook scandle. I want to type a full page right now about this but you can Wikipedia it if interested.

There isnt human error or fraud in things that matter Like elections for govt officials and so on.
17 Jul 21 UTC Autumn, 1861: This isnt important but if you play games blockchain makes anything obtainable ingame able to be taken out of game and sold or traded in a market place for cash or crypto.
