Paraguay, I will be moving towards Prn in a few turns however I would be willing to help you into Bolivian territory in the future if that is preferable. 04 Aug 21 UTC	Spring, 1835: Here’s my logic Paraguay. It borders two of my SCs and only one of yours. If I were to take it, we could agree to an immediate DMZ with units leaving both Asc and Per. If you get it, I’m in an incredibly vulnerable position. So it makes far more sense for me to take it.

I'm willing to put myself in the worse position between the two of us just as long as I can grab that SC. So I'm fine with you building there for now - although I'd appreciate a bit of warning :)
04 Aug 21 UTC	Spring, 1835: Not getting Prn halves my early builds, putting me at a lot of risk. I would be willing to cede Prn at a future turn, possibly as soon as next year, with gains elsewhere, but I can't afford that risk this year.
