08 Jan 22 UTC | Gg everyone |
08 Jan 22 UTC | Austria, that last fleet build scared the hell out of me :D I was determined to disband it until I realised England is winning the game |
09 Jan 22 UTC | Good game, that was a tense one. Italy, it’s the first fleet build that I should apologize for, the moves out of eastern med and Ionian had me thinking we were already in the end game and I needed to start supporting, on the contrary it seems we ran into England at just the right time. Well played all |
09 Jan 22 UTC | I decided on moving west after seeing the fleet build :D I was like "I'm letting Austria get strenghtened and he built a fleet, I guess I must just let him get bogged down against Turkey. And Germany looks scary, my attack against Turkey makes no sense" |
09 Jan 22 UTC | We reached a full stalemate right? I was wondering whether to draw, but then I realised North Africa wasn't going anywhere, so I had no choice. |
09 Jan 22 UTC | Yeah, it is just stalemate |
09 Jan 22 UTC | Also, I need to criticize Germany for attacking me, he unnecessarily devoted time in the south while he could defend against England and he did that attack against some country who is a naval power, whose interest would be to attack England. |
09 Jan 22 UTC | Though I must say I like the current outcome. In that alternative world I would probably lose, ironically in a world I face less opposition, since Austria would then want to attack me |
