23 Jun 22 UTC | Gg everyone. Austria and I felt that we could of kept going for a split but also felt we did enough assert ourselves as the dominant nations. And with it being unranked there was little point in continuing and eliminating others. I really enjoyed playing with all of you, some for the first time. @Germany: I’m glad you had fun in your first match ever in Diplomacy. @England: a pleasure playing with you again. @Russia: thanks for taking over @France: I hope to work with you instead next time @Turkey: it was fun to battle you both diplomatically and tactically @Austria: thanks for being game for that opening. Overall I think it worked well, though you certainly bore the brunt of the attacks early. I’ve also tried this opening in another match and I headed east this time with it certainly benefiting Austria more. Thanks again for having an open mind and trying it out. It was a pleasure to work with you. |
23 Jun 22 UTC | Thanks for the help Italy, it meant a lot that you held this noob's hand. |
