Spring, 1905: GameMaster: Brasil voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

Hey good job Venezuela and Brasil. I should have pulled off that front a turn or two earlier. I was afraid I realized it too late.
Great game Cuba. I'm surprised you did not see another year or two before giving up on the solo.
For a while there I was thinking this would end in a 2-way draw between me and Cuba, but then he was making headway faster than I. Good game everyone.
