The long winter has ended and we are pleased to emerge from the throes of famine a strong people. We are glad to see all of Europe remains at peace. Let us together work for a bright future.

Kindest regards,
Tsar Nicholas II

Germany extends her warmest wishes to all her neighbours as this continent moves into a new and exciting century. May it be a time of peace, progress, and plenty.

Regards,
The Kaiser.

I write on behalf of the Third Republic for the benefit of all the continent. We look forward to continuing Le Belle Époque into this new century.

À ta bonne santé,
Théophile Declassé
30 Jan 23 UTC Spring, 1901: Saluti Fellow Powers,

The Italian state wishes all powers well and hopes the future of Europe is a peaceful one.

I look forward to viewing all powers hoover up nearby SC’s like greedy little goblins.

Hugs and kisses,
Luigi Cadorna,
Chief of Staff of the Italian Army
31 Jan 23 UTC Spring, 1901: Hello to the European delegates,

I write on behalf of his Majesty Edward VII to welcome us all to this forum and pass on what an honour it bring Europe into a new dawn.

The British Empire extends a warm handshake to all and would like it to be known we are a friend to everyone.

Let us go forward in peace and trust.

Jolly good,
Prime Minister Robert Gascoyne Cecil
(My friends can call me Cecil)
31 Jan 23 UTC Spring, 1901: The German delegation is disappointed that we have as yet received no communications from the Austrians and Turks.

We wish them well, but hope that this is not an indication of wider schemes afoot. Quiet empires don't typically last.
31 Jan 23 UTC Autumn, 1901: Hallo my dearest European Leaders, it is I, Ernest von Koerber, Prime Minister of Austria-Hungary!

It is my pleasure to make each of your aquentences! It is our hope that the nations of Europe may work together in peaceful harmoney. However, we have already seen this hope begin to falter with the Russian invasion of our sovereign terrority of Galicia. We would respectfully ask that the Russian nation leave our territory with immediate effect.

I am open to any an all communication and look forward to building strong relationships going forward!

Tschüss!

PM. von Koerbe

Regards
The Honourable Sultan Mehmed V
09 Feb 23 UTC Autumn, 1903: The English delegations believes there are many snakes amongst the ranks
09 Feb 23 UTC Autumn, 1903: After england invaded Sweden twice, unprovoked, the Germans graciously liberated their Nordic cousins.
09 Feb 23 UTC Autumn, 1903: https://youtu.be/w019MzRosmk Gentlemen, it has been an honour playing with you.
09 Feb 23 UTC Spring, 1904: Germany can proudly say that we have done nothing but stand by our allies and keep promises made.
15 Feb 23 UTC Autumn, 1905: Italy have killed Austria.

We declare war on those heathens!
16 Feb 23 UTC Spring, 1906: Russia killed Austria - Italy have been castrated - let us not forget that Russia have been eating up Austria with the rest of Europe to follow.

If we all want peace in Europe we should unite against the enemy of the region
16 Feb 23 UTC Spring, 1906: Additionally - fuck you France
16 Feb 23 UTC Spring, 1906: Let us remember firstly Cecil that Russia was cordially invited into Austria and has only occupied two regions. After repeated invasions by the English and Germans, who remain untouched by us save for the liberation of the Nordic countries which is still in progress, we have continuously taken defensive positions to protect the motherland.

You attacked us without provocation Cecil and have been offered clemency repeatedly. And yet somehow the assaults on your territory by Germany and France are the afterthought and not the motivation.

We remained at peace with Germany who attacked us first in autumn 1904 even after France attacked them first in munich in spring 1903.

France betrayed you, not us. France attacked Germany, not us. We simply responded to your repeated invasions of Sweden, nothing more. Even germanys repeated instigation at st Petersburg in 1905 was entirely unwarranted by our historic peace.

Somewhat surprising given they would have lost Munich to the French were it not for our standoff in Silesia in 1904.

Cecil, you have been offered clemency and cooperation, and yet ye offer naught. You chose deception and were in return deceived by your ally.

Good day to you sir,
Dasveedanye
Nikki II
16 Feb 23 UTC Spring, 1906: Your honeyed words mean naught Russia. You and your obvious alliance with Turkey threaten peace and stability throughout the continent.

And regarding the words from the English delegate, we acknowledge the anger emanating from our occupation of your islands. To this, we have one bit of advice: come and take em back motherfucker.
16 Feb 23 UTC Spring, 1906: It seems France has a serious objection to cooperation on this continent. Such is their feverish hatred of alliance between peaceful neighbours.

France had of course sent, unprovoked in every instance, their armies towards each and every one of their neighbours. France strikes first, whereas Russia maintains a strict no-first-strike policy. Without exception. The invitation by Austria to leave galicia was graciously accepted and from there it appears we were beset by uncooperative fiends.

To Germany we say: there could be peace.

To england we say, there can be forgiveness and cooperation.

But to France we say: all have witnessed your unprovoked assaults.

Comrade Nikki.

P.S.
Italy appears to be an NPC so we presume no need to address them further.
16 Feb 23 UTC Spring, 1906: Brother, the first thing you did was attack Austria
16 Feb 23 UTC Spring, 1906: Turkey, please, for the sake of the game- please attack Russia
