02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (King Atom): Welcome to....THE REAL! KingDIP first Tournament!
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (King Atom): (After this, we shall do Fantasy World Diplomacy).
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (BenGuin): This is my first time playing this map... please go easy on me... the graphics confuses me... :(
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (King Atom): Don't worry, BenGuin...I've never made it past the third year on this variant.
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (SacredDigits): I'm generally quite good on this map, especially if I draw Ogres.
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (Spartan22): I've never made it past the third year either!
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (Ninjanrd): Never played here either....
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (Ender): Yeah...a little help here? Someone who's played this a few times want to give us newbies a few tips or at least important faqs (yes I promise to read the variant description...)
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (SacredDigits): Oh, sure. First of all, Nomads on this map is like drawing Egypt in World War IV, it will only end in tears. Usually they'll be successful for a year or two, and then...

Almost everyone starts with two fleets, one army. I'd highly recommend keeping a pretty decent balance of armies and fleets, because there's a lot of coastal areas but there's also a few very choice places that need army support. Don't ignore the underground, the dwarves can pop up (and you can pop down) in five places on the map. The variant description talks up the "home for everyone" supply centers, but really, I've rarely seen them as noticeably more valuable than any other SC.
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (Ender): @SD Thanks for taking the time to pass that along - I really appreciate it. <please no Nomads>...
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (Diplomat33): I was the dwarves once and got up to 18 centers being wise until I got ganged up on and crushed.
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (Myself538): Here
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (Adam Bomb): Greetings.
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (siemaskoIam): Hello all!
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (Gumers): Hi there!
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (King Atom): Waitin' on seven more!
02 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (King Atom): Lol, a multi would be almost pointless on this map.
03 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (Diplomat33): Unless they got lucky and were right next to each other.
03 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (King Atom): I have sent the password to eighteen people in total. If you know of anyone who has shown interest in the past. (Not meaning, go out and get more players.) Then please urge them into joining here. We should keep at least one spot open for a while, but if the time grows near for the game to start, and we still need more...then I will officiate the game to be on a first come, first served basis in which you all may pass out as many passwords as you please.
04 Feb 12 UTC Spring, 1: (King Atom): SICK AND TIRED OF WAITING!

You guys can go ahead and invite your friends, give out the password as you choose, create multiple accounts...I don't really care. I just want 19 players to be playing this game by the end of the waiting phase.
