26 Nov 23 UTC Spring, 1901: no talk
27 Nov 23 UTC Spring, 1901: 28 SCs over 81 to win instead of 41. !!!!!
27 Nov 23 UTC Spring, 1901: seems like a possibly brief game, until you consider the lack of ability to take much early on without conflict
29 Dec 23 UTC Spring, 1908: GameMaster: India voted for a Draw. If everyone votes Draw the game will end and the points are split equally among all the surviving players, regardless of how many supply centers each player has.
16 Jan 24 UTC GameMaster: Someone has taken over Russia replacing "wilburlilac". Reconsider your alliances.
16 Jan 24 UTC GG. Well played Japan.

@Austria, not sure why you persisted in attacking me when I was the only power standing between Japan and a solo but to each their own I guess.
16 Jan 24 UTC I see your point Graykabes...
Congrats to the winner
16 Jan 24 UTC I did stop but Italy attacked me and I knew the war was lost as soon as he did.
16 Jan 24 UTC GG all!
16 Jan 24 UTC @graykabes, ask yourself the same question. Why were you so persistent in trying to break through and impenetrable defense I set. Why didn't you set a proper defense against Japan. Spring 1908, all supports from me and you attacked Red Sea? You had Gulf of Siam, Thailand, Java, Burma, Yunnan. Autumn 1908 all supports from m and now you held Singapore too. Spring 1909 you've lost Calcutta, Yunnan, Java and let him into East Indian Ocean. You are now in full retreat from over committing against me who for 2 years hadn't moved against you at all.

Didn't matter what I did, you had already blown it.
16 Jan 24 UTC Thank you all for the game, glad I managed to win
16 Jan 24 UTC What are you talking about? I tried to take Armenia so I could outflank Bagdad. You foiled that plan and then attacked Persia while Id done nothing to attack or threaten you. You swung first, I was just trying to finish Turkey. Clearly there was some misunderstanding on both our parts.
16 Jan 24 UTC Go look at my moves in 1908 amd 1909. I stopped attacking you but you attacked and dislodged my fleet in the Red Sea. Those units should have been holding the Eastern Indian Ocean, Singapore, Thailand, Burma and Calcutta
17 Jan 24 UTC I attacked you the turn you stopped attacking me so it's not like I could've foreseen you stopping.

Also, you moved on Persia in spring 1906. You probably weren't trying to take it but that was what started our whole fiasco.

No I didn't play perfectly, but I think that I have some excuse to guard my western flank, as you'd shown multiple times you were willing to encroach upon my territory.
17 Jan 24 UTC I don't think Turkey is Indian so territory encroachment is a bit of a furphy.

No no no, we both made mistakes, but let's be honest and get to the root cause.

Holland, Germany, Russia and France got blown away with out a puff of wind, soft as goose feather pillows. England not much stiffer resistance and China battled bravely against the odds.

Your expansion to the East was too quick and unsustainable, you took SC's you couldn't hold because H/G/R/F made it too easy for you to take their SC's, but that left you too thin. Did you set any stalemates against Japan? I don't think you did and Japan marched across Asia lightning fast with minor resistance at best.

Too try and pin the blame onto me is preposterous and scurrilous.
17 Jan 24 UTC Gg
17 Jan 24 UTC Thats what happens when you fight against 3. Luckily thats not often.;)
