GameMaster: Confederacy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

You had 2 more centers, and I think your army in Missouri could have go to the north, grab Milwaukee and put some pressure in Michigan or Ohio. It was very tight.
