12 Apr 12 UTC | Autumn, 1904: lol, is there a more unevenly balanced 1v1 map on the site? look at the stats! |
12 Apr 12 UTC | Autumn, 1905: EvT is heavily in favor of England. There are a few openings Italy can make that even the odds a bit, but those would be for you to figure out ;) |
12 Apr 12 UTC | Autumn, 1905: nope, look at the stats 2wl- evt is rather even... we'll see- I'll give you a run for your money. |
12 Apr 12 UTC | Autumn, 1906: If England plays correctly there is no way Turkey can win. |
12 Apr 12 UTC | Spring, 1907: There's a concede button, you know :) |
12 Apr 12 UTC | Spring, 1907: EvT 148 solos vs 140 GvI 276 vs 155 What am I seeing wrong here? |
12 Apr 12 UTC | Spring, 1907: Bad Englands. I kind of feel that Italy is a stronger country in 1v1 than Turkey, although it depends entirely on the player. The best I've managed to do against really good opponents as Turkey is force a draw and I've tried just about everything. England has too many advantages. |
12 Apr 12 UTC | If I had more time today we could play an EvT. Next time, I guess. |
12 Apr 12 UTC | well, I'm not going to lie. That was a less than satisfying game. I'm guessing most Itlay wins were on completely worthless Germans. The ability for Germany to move units out vs the bottle neck in the boot is a huge difference. |
12 Apr 12 UTC | Next time, my friend. Thanks for the game! |
12 Apr 12 UTC | Its tough because Italy can really only focus on one side of the board at a time. I usually start with a convoy to Greece while taking Trieste, it guarantees that corner of the board but sacrifices the stalemate in either Marseilles or Spain. Its a tough call. You need a bit of luck, too. |
12 Apr 12 UTC | Yeah, I did make a mistake or two. I should have shot at Munich a 2nd time. We are too evenly matched though for Italy to win this. until next time |
