I have to conceed the game to you. I'm sorry. I'll gie you a rematch, but something screwy is going on here. This is three turns in a row where the game is NOT accepting the orders that I submitted. I n succession I just handed you Washington DC, Richmond, and Chicago

GameMaster: Confederacy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

I'm sorry to be a poor sport, but that really sucks when I enter orders for Iowa - Milwaukie and it sends me to Nebraska instead....
