22 Jun 12 UTC	Spring, 1835: it doesn't, and I don't do that, and I happen to agree with you ... but sometimes some players need the whole phase (out of town, working, whatever) and maybe signed up for this particular game because it had a 4 day phase

24 Jun 12 UTC	Spring, 1835: i created the game and i made this phase, because of my job, sometimes i have no access to internet for days, i finalize as soon i can ( talked to i need to talk with, get their answer). means, sometimes the game will be very quick, when iam at home and other wise the whole phase needed. you signend in, everyone enoy it and have patient pls
