Ok I have no idea what the rules are for this. Flagship, Galley, frigate do what?

I am in the same situation. I'm begginer also. Probably the goal of the game is take flag positions. Flags can't move. It seems Frigates can move more than Galleys.

GameMaster: Holy League voted for a Cancel. If everyone votes Cancel all points will be refunded and the game will be deleted from the database.

GameMaster: Holy League voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
