30 Aug 12 UTC	Autumn, 1: Indeed. You signed on for this timeframe, and there are lots of legitimate reasons why a player may let the full time elapse. I usually hit "ready" sooner than later myself, but not always, and I don't mind exercising patience when other players take their time.

30 Aug 12 UTC	Autumn, 1: It's 4 hours into the phase, I'm sure we won't be spending 24 hours per build this game. There are more reasons than tactics for a player to wait before submitting. You can play a live game if the terms you agreed to are no longer satisfactory.
