So I've put up a list of the powers and their centers for reference:
5 CPs - Ottoman
4 CPs (condensed) - England, France, Sweden, Denmark, Mamluks, Castille, Hungary, Poland
4 CPs (spread out) - Venice, Lithuania, Genoa, Aragon, Papacy
3 CPs - Scotland, Norway, Novogord, Livonian Order, Great Horde, Muscovy, Qara-Qoyunlu, Tunis, Morocco, Tlemcen, Portugal, Burgundy, Teutonic Order, Austria, Brandenberg, Switzerland, Bavaria, Saxony, Savoy, Bohemia, Milan
4 CP condensed means their starting centers are relatively nearby. Spread out means at least 1 center is far apart. Classic example is France vs Milan. I have opted to put Lithuania as a spread out power instead of a condensed power as there were already 9 in the 5CP + 4CP (condensed) tier, and it strikes me as the weakest of those powers (based on centricity, ease of centralization, number of neighbors)
