The United States would start out with supply centers in Boston, Washington, Detroit, Dallas, San Francisco, Pearl Harbor, Manila and Anchorage.
The USSR would start out with supply centers in Archangelsk, Leningrad, Gorky, Moscow, Sevastopol, Stalingrad, Omsk, Kiev, and Vladivostok.
