As I thought. France can quickly get into German centres well before Turkey. combine that with France's ability to pick of English SCs and you pretty much have a sure win every time you play France against Turkey - even with a head start...

GameMaster: Turkey voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
