Spring, 1901: Dr. Recommended (Gamedirector): Since this game was so long in starting, it may be that France and Germany have not had the opportunity to see that it has begun. To avoid NMRs at the start, I'm adding one day to the phase. Beyond that, the game will proceed regardless.
