GameMaster: France voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes Concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Conceede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.

it was impossible to grab any sc this year. i'm a bit dissapointed as i made no evident mistakes at beginning anf F position does not seem to be much weak.
