| 15 Mar 12 UTC | Autumn, 1907: There wasn't a bounce because the Mid-Atlantic Ocean fleet failed the convoy (look at the zoomed map). Must have been selected wrongly. So army in Panama never made it to Tripoli to bounce it. |
